Important: Plan-Pro-Plus assists with plan review. It does not replace the original drawings, specifications, applicable codes, manufacturer instructions, field verification, or qualified professional judgment.

Information we process

Plan-Pro-Plus may process your email address, authentication and approval status, uploaded plan files, extracted plan text, equipment matches, saved-job details, feedback, and basic technical records needed to operate and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used to verify identity, control access, scan and search plans, reopen recent jobs, display evidence, improve matching, respond to feedback, prevent misuse, and maintain service reliability.

Service providers

Information may be processed by providers that support authentication, email delivery, hosting, storage, and related infrastructure, including Supabase and the site-hosting platform. Information is not sold for advertising.

Storage and retention

Account and project information is retained only as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Users should remove jobs they no longer need. Retention periods may vary for backups and security records.

Sharing and access

Project information is limited to authorized users and service providers supporting operation of the service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to address fraud or security threats, or to protect legal rights and safety.

Your choices

You may stop using the service, remove saved jobs through available controls, or ask the site owner about access, correction, or deletion. Some records may be retained when legally required or necessary for security.

Security

Reasonable safeguards and access controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not upload information you are not authorized to disclose or material requiring protections the service has not expressly agreed to provide.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as data practices or the service change. Material revisions will be reflected by a new effective date.
