Plan-Pro-Plus
Terms of Service
Effective September 4, 2026
1. Service purpose
Plan-Pro-Plus helps authorized users search mechanical plan sets, organize equipment references, review extracted text, and make approximate drawing measurements. Automated extraction, optical character recognition, search matching, and measurements may be incomplete or inaccurate.
2. Your responsibilities
You must verify all results against the complete original contract documents and applicable requirements before making decisions involving design, permitting, estimating, purchasing, fabrication, installation, safety, or code compliance. You are responsible for confirming drawing scale, dimensions, revisions, addenda, and field conditions.
3. Permission to upload
You represent that you are authorized to upload, process, and view each plan set. You retain ownership of your content and grant Plan-Pro-Plus only the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and search it for operation of the service.
4. Accounts and access
Email verification and owner approval may be required. You must protect access to your email account, use the service only for authorized work, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed to protect users, projects, or the service.
5. No professional advice or warranty
The service is provided as an informational assistance tool and not as engineering, architectural, legal, code-compliance, safety, or other professional advice. The service is provided on an “as available” basis without guarantees that results will be complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Responsible use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy and not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, or use results in a manner that creates unreasonable safety or security risks.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date will be revised when material updates are published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These starter terms are provided for transparency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for your business and jurisdiction.
